Can I still receive unemployment if I quit my part time job?
I'm getting UI benefits from being laid off from my primary job back in June. Well I picked up a part time job before my lay off from my primary job. The hours have cut back at the part time job and I've moved further away so the commute is longer plus I'm really looking into relocating to another state to stay with family.
Will I not receive anything if I quit my part time even though I was laid off from a primary full time a few months prior??

I don't think I'd mention this to Unemployment. It may be considered Earned Income while receiving benefits.
Did you tell unemployment that you had that part-time job when you you originally filed? The part where it asks you to list all income earned within "x" period of time?
This actually might be a really great question to ask a lawyer.

@Marrer
I have to report earning when I file my weekly claim, so yes to answer your question...yes they had to know about the income so they could supplement and I could stretch my unemployment funds.

I believe you will disqualify yourself from receiving unemployment benefits.

I'm still not sure. That second job was considered supplemental income, you receive UI from your lost full-time job. It might be considered 'double dipping' or something if you tried to apply for benefits from two jobs... or rather 1 1/2 jobs.
I personally, (just me) try to limit my interaction with government agencies. When you call to request benefits (or do it online) just say you had zero income that week. That seems to me to be the easiest way to handle it.
Then again, I am not a lawyer, I just play one on TV.
