Clues to why they not hiring you

Hello,

Do anyone ever wonder why they not getting that job,  a interview or response?
Well, from what I learned and discovered is that you are being excluded from the
hiring process.
They are looking for people they don't want to hire. This even goes for those who are qualified for the job.
This does not only happen with companies, but also with the temp agencies.
This is going to be a brief discussion, so tell me what you think about this.

If you cost too much they will not hire you. Some people say leave your degrees OFF of your resume so you will be cheaper to hire. Also told the more work exp you have , you will cost more to the company since they will think you could be overqualified.

less risk to them and they will hire you. But you got to come into the interview for that. If you seem like a high risk for any reason to them (it could be a stupid ass reason) then you will not get hired. Less cost for them is what they want.

I've had no issues getting jobs in 2001- 2004 when all I had was an associates degree, But the economy was way different at that time. Probably both worked in my favor. May be I should only put my A. S. degree on my resume to get a receptionist job. They do pay $12 an hour.
