Hello, I just got a letter from the EUC department here in Florida today, it was an EB Application...this was very surprising to me as I received my bye letter on January 11th 2011. Anyways, I called the 877 number and one of the operators told me that apparently this was for the claim that I opened on 12/2007 and it didn't ran out of benefits... on April 2009 I opened a new claim for my then job. Now, is it possible to fill out the EB Application and still get money left from the 2007 claim?.

I didn't think this was possible. Especially not filing for EB because I think that December of 2007 would be before the EUC and EB programs go back to.

I said that so I didn't give you false hope. Definitely apply and see what they can do for you.

Yes, definitely apply. I believe some people who were laid off in the 4th quarter of 2007 were included in the EUC 08 program.

It is worth applying for. Good luck.
