Thanks all.

I have spent it weeding and mowing my yard for the first time this year. I am going to get cleaned up and go to Denny's for the free breakfast and then watch the ball game. I hope we can win for a change!

I'd love to get outside and start cleaning my perennial garden, but I know we are going to have another frost. I can see shoots starting to come up but don't want to rake the fall debris out yet. It is good insulation against the frost. At least the trees are starting to turn green. That is a happy sight after this winter - I never thought we would see the grass again with all the snow we had!

Me too. Everything seems so BIG - and the avatars keep flipping from the right to the left and back again. At first I thought it was my computer - it's getting me dizzy.

I could use some positive news right now. next Saturday Im moving out of my place. Its exactly one year I lived here. This is after losing my condo I owned and now Im renting. 99er ville is around the corner and I cant afford to live here anymore, so at almost 37 Ill be moving back home with Mom.

Spring is on the way. The peep toads started last week around here. That is always a welcome sound for me. Everything is turning green and the trees are budding. The nights are a bit chilly, but in a month or two we will be complaining they are too warm - I hope!

Got a quite a bit done already, thanks to help from my family. next Saturday at this time I will be a cellar dweller. Yay! And shortly there after a 99er as well. Good times good times.

Within the past twenty minutes or so the wind has picked up and it's cloudy. I was outside with my dogs just a little while ago and it feels like the temp has dropped 20 degrees and it is starting to rain again.
