anyone else have more than 1 claim?
Hi
I am in CA and was wondering if anyone else has more than 1 claim?
I had one claim that started in Dec. 07 and one start in Dec 08 (2 different claims, 2 different amounts).
I have gone back and forth between the 2 claims. I have even called a couple times to make sure that this is all okay.
My question is....if you have more than 1 claim...you get more than 99 weeks?
Does anyone know the breakdown for multiple claims or any information on them? I am nervous to call EDD and somehow owe them money now!
Thank you!

Re: anyone else have more than 1 claim?
I had a claim open when I was 1st let go, I used that till my BYE date, at that time they gave me a new claim as I had earned enough to get one, so n essence Ill get more than 99weeks.

Since your BYE passed, did you go back and forth between the different claims?
Thanks for your input!

NO I never switched between claims. Went from one to the other.
