Tier 4 for September
I received a notice today that my six weeks were up on tier 4 and I needed to come back in for further evaluation. I was pretty sure they told me 6 weeks was it. But today I read somewhere that in September tier 4 will go up to 10 weeks. Does that mean I may receive 4 more weeks?

Depending on your state's unemployment rate, Tier 4 is extended as of the week of Sept. 2.

Well unfortunately 6 weeks was the end for me. Even though our unemployment is 9.6. So now I am one of the forgotten....

I am sorry to hear this, Ron....hang in there! The lessons you will be learning thru all this is the distinction of those in the world who care about the forgotten, and those who don't. Sadly. I wish I could give you encouragement..and say that a job will come...I don't know that anymore...but please know that you are not alone, and my heart goes out to you.
