MOving from Tier 1 to Tier 2? Empty MOving from Tier 1 to Tier 2?

Can someone PLEASE tell me if I have to refile my claim to move from Tier 1 to Tier 2...like I did when I moved from regular UI into Tier 1? Every time I call the state office, I get a different answer.

That process is different in every state. Three years ago, I had to call the UE office every time I exhausted a tier. It was no big deal, after I claimed my last payment on a tier, I would get a message to contact the call center. I did and there was never a delay, it went smoothly.

Maybe another member with more recent experience can give you an update. I've been out of work for 4 years, out of benefits for over 2 years.

Bunny, if I might ask are you "in Ky"... Kentucky?

Assuming so, is there anyone from Kentucky that can add your experience with moving tiers?
