Thanks man, yes I am directly in the path. I live 90 miles north of the City. I am stocked up with what we need. The main problem here is the ground is supersaturated and trees will be coming down easy.

I have a generator and a barrel full of water if we need it. I just have to hit the beer store and buckle up. What a Face

Wider orders issued in Md., N.C., N.J. and Va.; Big Apple residents could also get notice CT also just declared a State of Emergency.

Just received this tip via email from the RI EMA:

Disaster Supply Kits

You may need to survive on your own after a disaster. This means having your own food, water, and other supplies in sufficient quantity to last for at least three days. Local officials and relief workers will be on the scene after a disaster, but they cannot reach everyone immediately. You could get help in hours, or it might take days.

Basic services such as electricity, gas, water, sewage treatment, and telephones may be cut off for days, or even a week or longer. Or, you may have to evacuate at a moment’s notice and take essentials with you. You probably will not have the opportunity to shop or search for the supplies you need.

You too, nutty. Latest weather report shows it moving right through central CT, close to northwest RI where I am, possibly as a category 2. Was joking about it last night, because there are always watches and warnings like this, but this time, I think we may actually get it.
