First topic message reminder :

Mom passed peacefully at about 10:15am. Her heart simply slowed and then she stopped breathing. Please keep me in your prayers. Crying or Very sad

Rhiannon is numb at this point. Those of us who have lost Mothers know that feeling.
But her Mother was also her lifeline in this unemployed nightmare. And now she doesn't have a lifeline or someone to hang on with her...

Rhiannon, I am so very, very sorry to hear about your Mom passing. You were there for her, sometimes children cannot be there, and you will always have that peace that you did all you could to help her. They say that God doesn't give us more than we can handle, sometimes I question that, but he gave her to you to take care of and you handled it beautifully. Please keep us posted as to how you are doing. I'll be praying for you and your family through this difficult time.

I don't know you rhiannon, but I just lost my mom a little over a month ago, so I think maybe I know a little how you're feeling, and I'm so sorry.

Sorry to hear you've lost your Mother - when I saw your post I burst into tears. My own Mother has been seriously ill very often, and I'm not able to even visit - I probably won't ever see her again. Take care somehow - you have plenty of prayers flowing your way.

Thanks again for thinking of me everyone. I'm doing okay considering. Tough part will be the viewing and funeral service next Tuesday.

I wanna whack my oldest brother! Called him to fill him in on the latest.. was feeling better and strong. Last thing he said to me was "well you know the funeral home will report Mom's death to Social Security". Aaccckk!! He's all secure in his nice home, 401k, nothing to worry about.. and that's what he says to me!!!! God give me strength next Tuesday when I see him!
