Results column on the DE-4581 Claim Form
Please share with me those of you in EB what you
have been putting in the "Results" column of your
DE-4581 form. Seems most of the time it would
be waiting. Like your supposed to get some kind
of result on first contact.
Thanks

Re: Results column on the DE-4581 Claim Form
I have been using the entries: 'Application submitted', 'Resume submitted', and 'Awaiting response', and these have all been accepted by EDD.wilcal wrote:Please share with me those of you in EB what you

Re: Results column on the DE-4581 Claim Form
Sure, that should be fine. Almost all of my submissions have been for online jobs, where the company address is often just an email address and the person contacted is 'human resources'. You only need 3 submissions per week (6 on each 2-week form). I really don't think that EDD checks the data too carefully -- I don't think that they have the manpower to do so.wilcal wrote:I also suspect a simple Craigslist application to an unknownTomW wrote:I have been using the entries: 'Application submitted', 'Resume submitted', and 'Awaiting response', and these have all been accepted by EDD.
