This is exactly the mixed signal that another thread here is talking about!

Re: Layoffs Reach 11-Month High, But They're Not The Major Worry
Corporations need to start hiring and they're not, that's the problem.
Re: Layoffs Reach 11-Month High, But They're Not The Major Worry
Not just corporations ... businesses and those in the retail sector. If the unemployed aren't working or have jobs or have unemployment benefits, then they're not paying taxes or helping contribute to the overall economy.
Unless businesses and retailers start hiring more employees, our economy as well as job losses are going to continue to mount. And not in a positive way, either.

Throw Health care into the equation and Business are even more leary.
One would think that the Gov would give major tax cuts to Hiring Employers
and more Incentives just to get this economy going. I just dont get it

You should post this article in the unemployment news forum. It would get a lot more exposure there.
I can do it for you if you wish as well.

It's this one:
https://unemployed-friends.forumotion.com/t541-mixed-signals-on-hiring-ahead-of-us-jobs-report
But keep them separate. It's not the same article, but it does illustrate the fact that we ARE getting mixed signals from different sources.
