Jobless Claims Rise By 28,000 To 4-Month High
The number of Americans filing new claims for unemployment benefits rose to its highest level in four months last week, suggesting the labor market recovery lost some steam in March.
Initial claims for state unemployment benefits increased 28,000 to a seasonally adjusted 385,000, the highest level since November, the Labor Department said on Thursday.

WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED!!
Knowing how the government manipulates the statistics, they'll probably say the unemployment rate will go down to 7%! lol

It's official, with only 88,000 jobs created (they were expecting around 200,000 jobs), the March unemployment rate went down from 7.7% to 7.6%! It's no secret anymore that the reason this happened is because nearly 500,000 people left the workforce and are not being counted! The government must really think the American people are a bunch of idiots!

""The government must really think the American people are a bunch of idiots!"""
they voted for george bush twice!!
seriously, i have been watching historical documentaries for years and before that have read thousands of books relating to world events since "our" civil war.
my conclusion is that historicly about 20-30 percent of the US population has a gut feeling of what is really going on, or how things really work.
this 20-30 percent "grassroots" movement never really quite catches on and becomes the majority.
the current Tea-party people even sense something is wrong
