Adding online education to Resume
Hey mates!
Need some help/advice on how to add online only schools, diplomas and certifications to my resume. Since I am earning diplomas and certificates from unknown and unaccredited online schools, which do not charge high tuition, if any, employers tend to not accept such education in consideration for a position. How can this be phrased on a resume?
Thanks in advance.

This may sound crude, but i am in the It field and have nearly a BS degree, I do have an Associates degree, and several certifications...
No on has ever asked me to show proof, usually knowing the terminology and using it in a correct manner satisfies the hiring manager...
I would list certifications and such using good common sense, meaning i wouldn't list a degree in brain surgery or such...but i would embellish them slightly...
I have known people that list all kinds of certs and such, and they tell me recruiters don't know the difference...that sounds dishonest to me, but who knows...
as i said a good hiring person will feel you out, it has been my experience..
(improper usage of terminology, i see it all the time in my field)
some of the smartest most knowledgeable people i have worked with will occasionally tell me what they know and don't know..
.but these are the ones that will research a problem and get back to me with some good answers that will most probably work...
i hope that helps a little...recruiters have told me to list EVERTHING even old outdated easily obtainable certs and such..
