Help...this link is giving a 403 error so I don't know what it initially said. I'm trying to find out the scale/reason of the delay in Colorado for tier 4 delays? Can some folks chime in and tell me about their delays, getting the first tier 4 checks, after receiving the award letters stating their eligibility.

The CDLE twitter page is useless since they don't actively update it.

Hang in there, I am trying to contact the OP for more information regarding the link above. From an older article in the Examiner.com Denver (about 3 weeks old) it was reported that CO's computer system was overwhelmed with applications for tier 4.

Depending on how you filed for tier 4, will also determine how quickly you receive your first check. For more info on that, you can check this link
