How come they keep posting jobs?

There is no jobs and companies are still posting like they are hiring in which they are not.
Why they do not do something beside lie to people about this whole job, etc....?
One movement is not going to solve the problem in this country.
Is they that real heartless while saying what we can do and all that what have they truly done to get America and Americans out their situation?

They have done nothing, but kept us depending on unemployment and complain about that.
Are we humble or fearful to make our voice heard.
This is our country and nation and it's turning to a unrecognizable place to stay.
If we can't have jobs,why theyare not training us?
They can come off that we dont have money to fund anything because they can regulate and sign into actions incentives to train people and they receive some type of benefit in return; so they need to do something because we are outhere hurt and angry because they playing these childish games with people life and if they don't stop and get to doing something productive they will regret to see the very thing that is happening in the world.

Excellent point, casheyes! They did keep us dependent on unemployment while they did NOTHING to solve the economic crisis - it has been close to 4 years now.

Nothing has been done to increase consumer confidence. It isn't going to recover on its own, we already know that. I am angry that our "Do Nothing" Congress has not recognized this and taken action before we go into a "Double Dip DEPRESSION"!!

On Monster and other job boards, especially agencies pay for advertisements. They need to say have 5 ads all the time, since there paid for the month in their contracts. Agencies need to keep their name out there. Just like car dealers always has ads, even though cars may not be selling.

To get even is to post your resume on the job boards. I get more calls on Monster then any other way. They have to find you.

There are plenty of real jobs out on Dice, Careerbuilder, Monster, etc. I keep hearing this theme that the jobs out there are fictitious and a hoax.

I know for a fact that they're real. Now if you get crap spam mail from insurance sales Careerbuilder "employers", well consider the source first.

These career boards are your best source to find employers, recruiters... or to be found if you keep updating your resume nightly. Just upload the document each night and change the "I'm available" date to tomorrow.

There are real jobs out there on Careerbuilder, Monster, Indeed, etc. Take it from me, I sent my resume early this morning, had a "rush" interview and got the PERFECT JOB!!! Not what I was making before in the corporate world, but enough to live and enjoy life and working in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with good people.

DON'T GIVE UP! When I woke up this morning, I was still having muscle spasms over the two jobs I interviewed for last week, never dreaming this one would come along. I still can't believe it!

Everyone, don't give up - things happen for a reason and just when you think there is nothing left to hope for, something comes along!

Even if I hear from the other two jobs, the job I got today is right for me.

Praying for something good to happen for all of us!!!

I have had several agencies admit that they post phoney jobs. Don't let this stop you. Keep your resume updated on Monster, at least two times a month!
