Standing at my kitchen sink watching the cats in the backyard chasing butterflies and orange dragonflies in the sunshine. Occasionally trying to catch a goldfish in the pond. The rosemary and sage in bloom. The mockingbirds diving down to remind them that they can't fly. The hummingbirds in the hibiscus. The birds fighting over seeds at the feeder. The woodpecker on the pole.
