PBC question
My PBC is $230 per week, it is my understanding that if I work a part time job and gross less than that amount each week, I will still receive my full UC, but anything over the $230 will be deducted dollar for dollar from my UC ? Also once I go into Tier 1 EUC the rules are the same as far as working part time ?
Thanks in advance !!

Re: PBC question
Im sorry....PBC stands for Partial Benefit Credit....it is 40% of your weekly full benefit...the amount you can earn working a part time job without it affecing your full UC amount. My question was if the same rules apply when I go to tier 1 EUC...will I still be abler to make up to $230 a week before it would affect my EUC full amoount....I guess I should call the PA service center

Re: PBC question
PA UC Service Center 888-313 7284. With all the states having adopted new budgets and new regulations, it's best to ask your representative lest someone give you incorrect information that you need to budget with.

Re: PBC question
The answer is yes. Your PBC remains the same through out the tiers.
