My friend has 2 different claims. Can he collect EB on both claims?

Re: PA EB Question
No. He would have to contact the PA EUC center and they will determine what claim is still eligible.

Ok because he is almost done with EB on his one claim. Didn't know if he could collect eb on the other claim as well.

Re: PA EB Question
Rose, they would have to check, if he had a previous claim and still had weeks available, they may let him, but every state is tightening up on this. Also, he needs to really contact PA EUC and get them to check his eligibility on that, he doesn't want to get into a situation where he would "owe" them. That can get difficult. Best for him to call them on Tuesday.

Re: PA EB Question
He had one week left and they just sent him 4 claims instead of 1. He has tried to get through to them but its been hard. Over an hr wait.
