PA DOL seems to be totally ignorant on the legislation for the 3 year lookback, and when you do question them when calling, you get a lecture instead. The response/attitude from those who answer the phones now is very different under the Corbett admin than under Rendell. At least under Rendell the folks who answered the phones seemed to give a crap, were polite and helpful, not so under Corbett.
