Update: To those of you who have contacted Mr. Payne, he has posted the following response via twitter:"lots of replies from 99ers the folks demanding benefits until the perfect job comes around. They are selfish and arrogant-I say get a job!"

Perfect Job??? I don't get benfits, never did, and I can't find a job. Not a cashier job, retail, restaurant, cleaning nothing. Stop me -no I will stop myself and start tweeting.

The law in most states say suitable job, not perfect job! So were to take McDonald type jobs, which for many that what pays equivalent Unemployment Benefits. Payne flunked Economics 101. He is too stupid to work for McDonalds!

IMO, Charles Payne flunked nursery school! He certainly was never taught any kind of etiquette either!

Oh, that's what I'm supposed to do! Get right on that!
Just remembered, been trying that for almost a year. Heck, longer than that since I've really been looking for a real job even while underemployed. I guess math skills are beyond this clown, since anyone with more than a room temperature IQ in centigrade can figure that when there are far more applicants than jobs (even McJobs), some few of us won't be able to get them.
Also, if we're all supposed to be now working at minimum wage, perhaps some single payer health care is in order, since otherwise we'll be clogging the emergency room. If this fool is capable of literacy, I might suggest he read a good history of the French Revolution, especially as regarding the invention named after Mr. Guillotine and its application towards the so-called elite!

As a person in the business of buying stocks and selling stock tips as Payne's website states, if his command of the facts regarding the economy and jobs is just go get one, I would be hesitant to pay him for any stock advice because his knowledge of the economy is obviously very limited.

Response to Mr.payne
The idiotic response of Mr.Payne really does not merit any attention from us 99ers! That's what he as a republican is supposed to say. Does anyone really expect anything different from a jacka## like that? He tried to bully Mr. Rosen as expected and put down the 99ers! I would just like him to say those things to my face or any other 99ers face and see how tough he really is along with those other cowards!! God Bless 99ers!

Mr. Payne, like many won't know what this downturn has done to the job market until he, himself, is out looking. Then watch how quickly he changes his tune.

To Charles Payne and fellow Republicans,
Here is an idea - why not send a couple cyanide capsules with the last unemployment checks. Remember to include enough for the entire family. If you think that's to 'selfish' deduct a dollar for each capsule from the final payment. That solves so many of the problems:
1) Pain and suffering of the new poor - or is this fun for you to watch?
2) Silence from the millions who desparately need help but are instead ignored and disrespected - do you hear our voices AT ALL??
3) Increase sales revenue for pharma company providing capsules - more lobby/funds for you and your buddies
4) Saves on health care costs for those suffering depression and are hospitalized for suicidal ideation, emt services for attempts, morgue storage fees, etc. - deficit reduction bonus + increased revenue for funeral homes and all death related industry
5) Keep all the social security funds collected from the middle aged unemployed - at least the eldery and disabled will be ok for a little while longer...
6) Bonus point - if today is the day I decide to end it, you can keep that in your subconscience. Ooops - can't have a 'sub' where there is none.
etc. etc.
