State workers, health care workers, teachers, and college students will be among those who join their voices on Tuesday at a rally to protest what they consider to be unfair cuts in Gov. Tom Corbett's budget proposal.
The hourlong rally will begin at 1 p.m. on the front steps of the state Capitol. More than 4,000 people from Philadelphia to Erie and Scranton to Pittsburgh and places in between are making plans to travel to the capital city for this event.
