just did a Google news search using the word "unemployment"

Just as a news search for 99ers brought back that vile article in the #1 spot of "The 99ers: Addicted To Unemployment". The word "Unemployment" now heralds nothing but REPORTS that unemployment is dropping in all the states. This is the FASCIST CORPORATE NEWS' DOING. Getting the lies out there to sway the general public to BELIEVE their lies. This is madness, government and corporate propaganda has run amuck.

I noticed that as well. On our Google news widget regarding unemployment all articles are about the UI rate dropping. Now we all know why this is, but the spin is IN.

Because more and more people are running out of benefits!!!! Of course the rate will go down - they call us discouraged and dropped out of the workforce. We don't count!

Yeah unemployment is dropping because people have exhausted all benefits so they are no longer being reported. This kind of reporting (lying) ticks me off.
