Wisconsin Anti-Union Law Temporarily Blocked By Judge *Update* WI Attorney General Files Appeal
The judge’s finding – at least for now – is a setback to Republican Gov. Scott Walker and a victory for opponents, who have spent weeks in the Capitol to protest the bill.

gethem, changed the topic title and added a link to the Huffington Post article.
I knew this would happen. While it's not a setback, it's simply an injunction barring the Governor from implementing the law until a trial judge can hear arguments on it. However, even if a judge finds with Governor Walker, any District Court or Federal Court judge could set the law aside if he or she determines that detrimental harm could be placed on the people if the law were to stand.
Just because a bill is signed into law and a judge agrees with the law doesn't make it absolute. If it can be shown that the law would cause detrimental harm to the overall public health, then a judge could set the law aside.

"Sumi set a hearing on a longer-term order blocking the bill for March 28. That is expected to take much longer, with a number of witnesses expected to testify."
