I did this about 2 years ago and found out an insurance company owed me 125 bucks.

Cool thanks Rookie! I just put my name in and it says I have unclaimed funds over $100!! How long did it take for you to get your money?

Mine was from when I lived in NY. It only took a few days, probably 5.

YMMV. Some need to fill out a form, notarized etc. This one, I was just sent a check.
