Perhaps that fact, coupled with the improving unemployment rate, gave him impetus to address at last not just employment, but the quality of employment for the first time in a long time.
"Now, we have a lot more work to do, not just for the Americans who still don’t have a job, but for the millions more who still don’t have the right job or all the work they need to live out the American Dream.'

Obama is wearing a Barney the Dinosaur tie, purple. Actually said the word unemployed.
