Time to change our course of action - Enough is Enough!
The 112th Congress has been in session for two months now with nothing accomplished! It is time to tell them to stop wasting time on repealing health care reform and arguing about the Federal budget. Solve it now! Millions of Americans are in crisis right now and we can't afford to pushed aside any longer for their political games.
Contact them today and tell the we won't stand for it anymore. It is time to address the real issues in this country right now. Nothing has been accomplished so far in this Session of Congress and it is time for them to get to work. No more excuses and delays.
Let's stand united and tell them to get back to work and focus on what the American people want and what they were elected to do!

Re: Time to change our course of action - Enough is Enough!
I called Boehner's office and tell them that we are tired of hearing about overturning the healthcare bill and budget and lets get to OTHER important issues.
The only answer I get is that "THIS IS WHAT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WANT"
Where do they get their info. for that. Just because they voted some republicans and tea party peeps into the house doesn't mean that all of american has spoken. And just becuase they were voted into office doesn't mean that all the people agree with them.
Look at Libya for christ sake....those people at one time liked him too now look, the Libyan people are speaking....they do not agree with him.
BONER!!!! needs a new puch line..because the "It's what the American People want is getting old.'

They think they are doing what the American people want. At least that's what they are telling us. Ask any citizen on the street whats the most important issue in this country right now and 90 would say Jobs and the economy, not HC reform and Govt spending.

Exactly! It is time to let them know this!

"SO BE IT! I want to take your Social Security, never should of had it, forget the 99er and Toto to!!!" Said the now Orange Man to Dorothy.
Then Popeye said. "DesparateInRI, "We won't stand for it anymore. It is time to address the real issues in this country right now. Nothing has been accomplished so far in this Session of Congress and it is time for them to get to work. No more excuses and delays." I can't take any longer, WHEN ARE THE JOBS?"
Then the Orange Man said, "WA, WA,WA all the way to Ohio, then saw a rally in Columbus and went .."
Get er Done!
The Weaper of the House caused such a flood of tears that this created a new tier for the 99ers. Dorothy and Toto made it back to Kansas again in the Great Depression II. Social Security was forever saved. Then the jobs magically appeared from the land of China. Walmarts stores all closed down, Many of people could reopen there stores, long boarded up.

Re: Time to change our course of action - Enough is Enough!
Making a plan at least in my dreams. Is it time to go to Washington DC, yet? Are we there yet? Ohio needs to be saved, along with Wisconsin and other States. There are rallies to attend for saving collective bargaining. Yesterday, there were rallies across the nation also to save Social Security.
We need to combine forces. Instead of one Popeye, we need many, to notified the Republicans as the Senator Sherrod Brown said yesterday on Twitter.
DesperateInRI said to"Contact them today and tell the we won't stand for it anymore. It is time to address the real issues in this country right now. Nothing has been accomplished so far in this Session of Congress and it is time for them to get to work. No more excuses and delays."

Re: Time to change our course of action - Enough is Enough!
Our focus has to be on the JOBS, JOBS, JOBS. Yes we need additional benefits and we need to continue "social" programs and we need to stop believing that "social programs" are what is the true cause of this economy.
They got their tax breaks and we all said that the jobs would not magically appear. Well 368,000 new claims does not reflect significant hiring. We need jobs to bolster this economy. Like it or not tax revenues will help bring us out of this, not cutting everything to the bone and cutting taxes along with it. We do need to address the deficit, but not at this moment, when unemployment is at 5%, gas is no higher than 2.50 and the housing market REALLY starts to stabilize, then they should take a serious look at what needs to be changed and they also have to realize that change takes time and that means sensible cutting over time. They also desperately have to deal with infrastructure. There are not many companies are are going to invest here if they don't have accessability to major highways, bridges, rails, updated airports and shipping channels without being taxed to the max to do it They also have to make all of us responsible, families, teachers, students and legislators, to get the education system back on track and not just blame teachers for the great problems that the system is riddled with. It is the responsibility of all of us to really pay attention to what they continue to legislate and speak out about it. Take for example the patent legislation, sounds dumb, but that vote can seriously hurt or help us in what we pay for products, hospital tests, medication and so on. It can seriously effect us all and little attention is made of it.
Two polls out today reflect that the American people feel that there needs to be more government when it concerns the economy, not less and Mr. Boehner claims. We need leadership now and the leadership needs to focus on job creation. JOBS,JOBS,JOBS!!!

All sectors that the budget cuts are affecting need to join together! Congress is not listening to anybody. Boehner claims healthcare reform repeal and cuts to social programs is what the American people want.
He must be hearing this from his country club buddies out on the greens while he is golfing instead of helping his constituents!

I am SOOOOO sick of hearing Boehner say "its what the american people want" too. He is either full of sh*t or completely out of touch.

Another thing I am sick of hearing is that the House of reps is the
"GOPs house" and the senate is the "DEMs senate"...like they own it. It is suppose to be for the people and they are all suppose to be there to help us and to govern, not use us and plot their next attack for their campaigns.
