A Green WPA? Empty A Green WPA?

Hi Everyone,

I thought you might find my latest blog post interesting, "A Green New Deal." Dr. Jill Stein, the Green Party's presidential candidate offered up the idea of a public works program for the unemployed. We're stuck in a two-party system of limited ideas, of course, but it's still interesting to see the ideas of other parties.
