and the much talked about "obamacare" actually if fully implemented being good for long term bossiness growth

And the Repubs were as cooperative in the last four years in stifling everything in the house and senate, acting like little toddlers holding fellow Americans hostage, like the painful UI EUC extension delays which drove many into further and unnecessary hardship.

Doctors in my area are already leaving in droves because of impending healthcare increases. Medicare is not paying them enough to even operate. When they do pay they are months behind. The govt. cannot provide health insurance for every citizen at little or no cost without you the taxpayer getting gouged. If you cannot afford the payment then the govt. will "subsidize" the payment for you. Now realistically where do you think this money comes from ? The taxpayer

every other civilized western country has more or less controlled payments for service

they are by no means payed "poorly" i don't believe there is anywhere for the medical professionals to go to

maybe because you are a doctor should not be the path to "mufti-millionaire"

doctors live in quarter million dollar homes and drive Mercedes Benz in "Socialized Europe" but that's the kind of hardship that this Idiot unfairly wishes upon American doctors

Japanese businessmen make only 20 times the average wage or so not the 100's of times that our brilliant American counterparts..

My doctor is looking forward to 2014 when all the provisions of Obamacare kick in. Check out insurance companies allowances compared to Medicaid. The same. YOU DON'T HAVE A CLUE!

I have been through triple by-pass heart surgery and back surgery at 53 years old. You kool aid drinkers get back to me in 2013-2014 and tell me how insurance bills are then. It is not possible to insure an extra 30 million + people and rates go down and the govt. saving money.

the idea is for preventative care, people are NOT turned away NOW.
they go to the emergency room after complications have set in

you are slightly younger then i am and maybe you can remember the fierce debate over Medicare/Medicaid in the "Great Society" LBJ sixties.

the AMA's charge of "slipery slope to socialism" used in the sixties is the same broken record that the right has dusted off and is replaying.
