Issues with claiming weekly benefits - EB in state of NY
Good morning, I called to report that I had moved back to NY and to reinstate my NY EB benefits. On the phone, I was told to continue claiming weekly benefits however when I try to log online to do so, that option is not offered to me. I then tried to claim benefits via telephone and was not offered that option on there either. I am trying to find out when I will be able to do so and how I can start the process. Thank you in advance

Call them back and tell them your problem. Perhaps your reinstatement is "in the process" and your access has not been approved yet.
But call without delay. They are the only ones that can tell you your status and fix it.
