Job Fair for people over 50 in the DC, MD and VA area
I saw this in the Jobs section of this past Sunday's Washington Post. On May 3rd there is the Innovations in Aging 2012 Job Fair. It is a free event between 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center; 201 Waterfront St.; National Harbor, MD. Presented by the Maryland Department of Aging, the District of Columbia Office on Aging, and the Virginia Department for the Aging.
I don't always find job fairs all that helpful, but I think I might go anyway.
There is also a conference and an expo. You can check it out further at innovationsinaging2012.com.
