2nd Phone Interview Tomorrow

So....I had a phone interview on Thursday and the HR lady was very impressed and set me up with a 2nd phone interview with the team leads. Sounds very promising I'm worried though that they won't give me enough time to move into the position because I do have to find sitters for my kids if I'm lucky enough to secure this position.

Fingers crossed for a good phone interview tomorrow!

Well after a reschedule since one of the managers was sick I had the phone interview today. I thought it went well although I really didn't see the point in going over my resume with them from the very last job all the way to the top when it's in written form but whatever Smile

We then role played (it's for a inside sales position) and they asked me a few questions about how I've usually been selling to a consumer as opposed to a business so I have a feeling that's going to hold me up but I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Next step would be an interview with the Sales Director. Hope that I can find some kind of suit or something.
