Marian... I am glad you posted the link.
I ran into this video on you.tube a few weeks ago I think, but I decided not to post as I feel odd posting something a bit angry, but in reality this guy is so right. The politicians talk but really have not done a thing to help the unemployed or business owners to get through.
Some businesses are down to just the owners because they cannot afford to have the expense of an employee. ANd even then with many hours of work, owners sometimes have to close because the sales are just not thee to cover the costs.

I'm up for a teacher position in a small school. The owner is super sweet which would be an AMAZING change for me, but because her enrollment is presently low if she hires me at all, it will be only part time with no benefits and at a much lower pay rate than I've been paid previously... She hopes to add benefits and a more livable wage come September, but until then... UGH! Scary times, but this is what small business have to do if they hire at all these days...
