Any one from Up state,NY ?

Here's what's going on for me.I'm on my last tier of benefits,with no job in sight.My husband has no income either and is disabled.We are being forced to move in another apartment because they are shutting our old one down.We are fortunate to find one that we can afford.We are in our 50's with no child, thank god!! I will be in that new apartment the first of March. Here is what I like to know.We live in Schenectady,NY, and I'm wondering if I can't find a job in time, by the end of April (when my benefits end)What are our chances to get help??
