Help For the 99ers!

This is from Congressman Mike Michaud.
We should all contact him to thank and encourage him! Here is what he said~
Mike Michaud~
Tonight, I will offer a motion to make sure that funding for unemployment insurance is only used to provide support for the jobless Americans that qualify for it. I think we can all agree that money intended to help the unemployed make ends meet while they’re looking for work should not be used for anything else.

This House rep was just on the floor and offered an amendment about UI. He and his speakers ALL spoke about the 99ers and the need to extend UI to ALL unemployed. CONTACT HIM! Call him or send him an email. The 99ers may be a topic again, hopefully! Get on this, get a hold of this man. Voice your support for the 99ers!

Barbara Lee is still fighting for the 99ers. This is her on the House floor last week. She is pushing for passage of HR589 and HR3630. Keep contacting her and Rep. Mike Michaud, Sandy Levin, Bobby Scott, Lynn Woolsey, Charlie Rangel. You can call 1-888-340-6522 or 1-888-245-0215 and be transferred to their offices. Get active NOW while the topic is hot. DO NOT sit this one out!
