Not a very good time to be whiny about not liking your job! Morons! I'am sure there are millions who would love to make a sacrifice to have a job! If you don't like your job, quit and start your own company!

I think this is just another affirmation of companies abusing its workers in an employers market. They know mist won't speak out for fear of losin their jobs.
This is a sad situation we are in....... tuttut

So true. It's a awful society where people have the power to enslave their employees. Over work them, pay them crap wages and intimidate. It makes me incredibly angry, and incredibly sad. MOST WORKERS REGRET TAKING THEIR JOB 482574

MOST WORKERS REGRET TAKING THEIR JOB Empty Re: MOST WORKERS REGRET TAKING THEIR JOB

My new boss is extremely nice but incredibly cheap. 8 bucks an hour to start for a job that SHOULD pay at least 10 to start. I was told by a few long time employees that they have NEVER received a raise in all the years they have been there. Then I heard from 2 other workers who make 12 bucks an hour. I keep hearing horror stories about her and I am hoping its just gossip. I really like the job despite the pay.

MOST WORKERS REGRET TAKING THEIR JOB Empty Re: MOST WORKERS REGRET TAKING THEIR JOB

I was regretting taking the job I just got laid off from a few months after working there. I had to deal with a sexist boss who spent a lot of time looking for reasons to complain at me. He stated to display shady underhanded business practices and an unwillingness to move into the future, and instead throwing his money away on stupid (like paying someone who's using a shared hosting service 100/mo to host but not update his company's site).

Unfortunately I have a flaw known as loyalty, so I stuck with it instead of seeking a new job while working at a job. Supposedly it's easier to find a job when you have a job than it is to find one when out of work. Bleh.

Sadly, the only thing worse than a bad job is having no job at all!
