Unemployed Occupy Rep. Paul Ryan's Office, Demand An Audience.
According to Rep. Paul Ryan's office the Congressman is vacationing with his family, but that isn't stopping nearly a dozen protesters from sitting-in until they get an audience. Blogger HUG PAC is one of the concerned citizens asking to see Ryan's jobs plan and wrote today:
In an attempt to schedule a personal visit with the man who represents me to congress I sent him an email explaining how I wanted to talk with him about his job creation policies. I went on to explain how I wanted to share with him how his decisions are negatively affecting my ability to provide stability to my family. I use to make $42,000 a year, I can’t find a job offer over $10 an hour now…
He emailed me back, an automated response of course, stating how busy he is during his August recess and how he will not have time to take my appointment, but I am welcome to join a conference call at the end of the month.

I would love to shake each and every one of those protester's hands. Do any of them belong to our site? This needs to catch fire and spread throughout the country, and it will. This kind of criminal activity that this nation is committing against its people can be kept quiet only for so long, especially with the internet and all of its social networks.

Re: Unemployed Occupy Rep. Paul Ryan's Office, Demand An Audience.
I recently read that he can't even have townhall meetings, because his constituents are so angry. They had to safely escort him out the back of one, and he hasn't been seen since his $300/bottle of wine luncheon with rich buzzards he was prostituting himself for. Here's a guy, like Reagan whose family could never have survived had it not been for social security. Ryan saved his monthly payment to go to college, while Reagan and his brother escaped becoming orphans. Maybe they were ashamed of the charity, and they think that they can banish the memories by destroying the programs. I don't get it.

Ryan is a typical bully. Whenever push comes to shove, they always resort to force. Ryan and "representatives" like him need to go. They need to be exposed for what they are, so that the voters in their districts don't keep making the same mistake.

It gets worse !!!
If all this is not bad enough, get a load of the fact that this SOB,(and I do NOT mean "Sweet Old Buddy") actually has the nerve to CHARGE people to come to his town hall meetings and ask a question-
He should be strung up by his you know what, that is if you could actually find anything that small !!!
"Well, from now on, if you live in Paul Ryan's district and want to ask him a question at a town hall - it's going to cost you"15 bucks to be exact. And not to be outdone, Ben Quayle is charging 40 bucks a question. It's the newest Republican trend. Paul Ryan and a number of other Republicans are now outsourcing their town hall events to private organizations that charge people at the door to attend"

Re: Unemployed Occupy Rep. Paul Ryan's Office, Demand An Audience.
Just received this from "People For The American Way"
We have more important news this week on the "pay-per-view" congressional meetings some Republican members have been using to duck their constituents during the August recess.
UPDATE 1: The pressure is working! Rep. Chip Cravaack (R-MN) yesterday held a town hall in the Duluth airport ... it was scheduled hastily, with the announcement going out barely a day in advance and attendees still had to pay for temporary parking at the airport. But while it looked like too little too late on Cravaack's part, the meeting was held 100% in response to pressure from activists like you, who have been raising awareness on the "pay-per-view"-only meetings! AND, more than 200 people showed up, filling the room to standing capacity and grilling the congressman about jobs and cuts to education!
THANK YOU for your activism. Once again it's paying off. Now please help spread the word and get others to join us in speaking out through our petition.
UPDATE 2: In response to Rep. Paul Ryan's (R-WI) refusal to give his constituents free face time, some of them -- many of whom are unemployed -- have been protesting outside his district offices for the last several days, to demand a conversation with their elected representative about job creation. Ryan's staff at his Kenosha office called the police in to block the protesters yesterday and protesters remain active at a sit-in at his Racine office. The chairman of the powerful House Budget Committee, and the architect of the GOP's plan to end the guarantees of Medicare and Medicaid, Rep. Ryan owes all Americans answers, especially his constituents and especially those who are struggling.
