Republican Economic Plan Targets Long-term Unemployed “99ers” Last Lifelines
Unemployment extensions are definitely out of the question from this day moving forward. The ranks of the unemployed are truly looking at learning how to live and survive off the land. Children will be cast out to the street along with their parents as, overdue rents will no longer be tolerated, and in turn, the same if not more, properties in the nation become vacant or abandoned by those that have been simply forgotten, the American worker.
No longer will “In God We Trust” be the motto of the middle-class as the mantra of the nation will become, “buddy, can you spare a dime”.
There is no turning back at this point, matters will simply worsen with hopes that the nations tens of millions unemployed have nowhere left to turn.
God bless this nation’s workforce, as they say, “it’s always darkest before the dawn” however, we as a nation, have yet to witness the “darkest” and simply await a fate that has been inevitable for years. There is no solution to this problem.

This comes as no surprise. We need to get loud again, stay loud and we need our own twitter town hall.
We knew this was coming, they are going to get really cocky with the debt ceiling and not listen to the people, as usual, so we need to really make noise.

Even more heart breaking is that this is what destroys families. Those children may well end up in foster care or someplace other than with their loved ones - and that's after they've had to stand helplessly by as their belongings and homes are taken away from them. And after they've had to take their pets to the pound. This is NOT a family-oriented country, at all.

Somewhere, there's probably a think tank dedicated to just this task alone and years later, we will find out tax dollars were used to fund this think tank). Picture it- Obama touted a 9 percent unemployment rate. What really happened under his reign was that "HE" allowed it grow to 25 %, Americans suffered, and people died. There will be no mention of the political stalemating that went on, or the partisanship that blocked economic recovery. If he doesn't address it now, it will destroy his chances at being re-elected.

I never thought I would say this, but part of it is his fault. He ignores the problem and all we hear are these great job creation plans that won't be in place until sometime next year, if we are lucky, and in the meantime, EUC08 is ending and there are already millions of 99ers! He would be in a better position for re-election if he would just address the problem! I am having second thoughts, and that is scary!gettheminNOVEMBER wrote:Some how this will be Obamas fault too.
