Is barbara lee introducing a new bill to congres or is this false information i have been seeing today

I will check on this for you. I have not heard anything and have had msnbc on all morning, since 5:30 am.

Where did you see/hear this??

I tried to find out information but this was the only thing I found that was published today, which happens to be "old news".

I found this article that was released today but the contents of the article and statements from Barbara Lee are from back in 2009, you will notice in the link 2009/08 appears.

I think people are just putting out false misleading information, I would hope I was wrong but I have just been seeing too many things that are just old news, the only thing different is the date they release their "so called" information. Otherwise all the information seems to be from the past.
