Don't count on stimulus. It's not coming

The first one wasn't big enough and it was wasted by a lot of the governors that it was given to. It should have been administered by the federal government from the start.

I agree there could never be enough votes for more stimulus at least until 2012 if they dems take the house back.

In all reality it's the ONLY way we are going to begin a rebound other than raising taxes on the wealthy and stopping the wars. GOP stopped a second breath of stimulus in 2009 that would've probably stopped whats going on now. All just to make Obama look worse.

It's a shame peoples lives are being played with because of bigeotry,fascism, and greed especially in THIS country.

Oh, I absolutely agree. This should have been administered by the federal government to create jobs programs. How many out of work electricians and engineers and plumbers are out of work that could be employed with another TVA program?

This is the only way that the government can create jobs. The only possible way. The American people are not willing to pay more taxes, or what they think is more taxes, to make this country better. They say we can't afford and in the same breath claim to be patriots.
We can't do it? We can't afford but Pakistan can? We can't do it but China can? Or India? or Korea? This is not the America that I know.

Agreed 100% the alternative is GOP's answer and if they get that way there won't be any citizens alive to pay taxes or go to war, at least the ones overseas, they'll all be dead from the war waged on them by their own governement.
