Re: Student sues law school over employment stats
I remember back in 2009, a Bronx woman sued her school, Monroe College for the $70,000 she spent in tuition. I believe she got an IT degree and, naturally couldn't land a job after she graduated. I'm not sure if the case is still pending, got thrown out, or was settled out of court. Does anyone else recall this law suite and know what the outcome was?
If the courts ever rule in a student's favor over this, OMG the flood gates would just open up with, who knows how many future law suites that would follow.

Although I have no love loss for attorneys, these schools lie to people and that is plain old fashioned fraud on part of of many schools and you don't have to have a law degree to know that. Isn't it great when lawyers sue other lawyers???
