No jobs-No reelection. There has never been a president reelected with unemployment numbers like this in the history of America except FDR.

Well for me, I don't see any hope in the republicans or democrats. They are both big moneyfocus. Obama, Pelosi, Boehner, McCain, Walker, the list goes on, they do not care about me as a long-term unemployed person. In fact I think they want me and many others deleted.... probably I already have been deleted from the statistics. But, down the road, I have started to wonder if our own government WANTS to make us so left alone with nothing, no more unemployment, no jobs, no support of any kind, and next death from eating poorly etc, or even suicide. Then the statistics for unemployment will look better.

In all fairness to Robert Reich, he has been saying it. He definitely believes that unemployment should be extended, he's been saying it, he mentions the 99ers from time to time. Yesterday, he was on with Lawrence O'Donnell, he stands by his comments that without jobs, revenues are so low, that we are creating this deficit. If every unemployed American returned to work at a fair wage, programs would not be drained and revenues would rise. It really is that simple, but in Washington, DC, they apparently still don't get it.

Making Robert Reich Secretary of Labor was one of President Clinton's smartest moves. Look back at the economy during those years. President Obama needs to take some lessons from past admistrations - we need Robert Reich back NOW!
