[solved]Ma unemployment website issues 5/8/11
First topic message reminder :
Hi folks, so I just went to claim my weekly unemployment certification and had 1 week of checks left. Well I got a message now saying that my Benefit year end has come up and if I worked to call them.
Now this is not my BYE, just last week I got a message saying that on June 5th my benefit year would come up, and that is correct.
Now Im not able to claim my last week.
Has anyone experienced the same thing?
Figures my last week I have to deal with this BS from them.
On Friday I double checked my account and verified I had one week to go in my account. Now my balance is Zero...

don't panic steve, i emailed them this morning, and 10 minutes later received this reply: "We had a computer glitch over the weekend, and we've gone in and adjusted your claim to pay for last week. A payment will generate overnight tonight, and should be direct deposited into your account in 2-3 days.
We apologize for the inconvenience." email them with all of your info and they will give you your balance and they will adjust your claim for you. email is uionline@detma.org.

I emailed them and they said the system was fixed etc, its not as Im getting this message
"Our records indicate that you have no benefits remaining on this claim. If you are still unemployed after June 5, 2010 and you worked in the past 15 months, you may file a new claim."

email them again, give them your full name, and last 4 digits of your social security number. tell them exactly what message you are getting on your online cert. tell them to look into it. also give them a phone number. what they will do is specifically look at your account (thats why they need the last 4 digits of your SSN) and will adjust. after i received the email from them, about 20 minutes later my online info was back to normal...
