States to Close WIA Work Centers due to cutbacks by Congress
You just have to love government. With monstrous unemployment ravaging Americans across the nation, government came up with a solution.
Close the various states Works centers.
Yep, in response to massive unemployment, government will be shutting down the Works centers across the nation. Government studies concluded making a hole larger repairs the leak.
That's what you might call, stinkin thinkin.

It must take one real cold hearted bastard to want to balance the budget on the backs of the working class and poor. To cut vital programs that help people find a needle in the haystack in the form of a job takes a real bastard!
Paul ryan wants to cut these programs to lower taxes on the rich. Nothing less than Obama telling him where to stick it will make me happy!

Those cuts are still in the budget. What I have been reading, and I don't know how true it is, the speculation is that President Obama will not approve these cuts but will propose other options for the 2011 budget, like decreased military spending and an increase in the SS and Medicare taxes for those earning over $250,000 per year.
We will see it he will stand up and fight for the first time.
