Unemployment Benefits For Some In PA To Change
In January, Pennsylvania's three-month average unemployment rate dropped to 8.4 percent, which will force a change in unemployment benefits for some.
Due to the drop in unemployment, Pennsylvania no longer qualifies for the six weeks of additional federal unemployment benefits.
After April 2, the maximum unemployment benefits will be reduced from 99 weeks to 93 weeks.
