Walker: layoff Notices Could Be Sent This Week

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker said if no action is taken on his budget repair bill, initial layoff notices to public workers could be sent out by the end of this week.
The initial round of layoffs would go to at least 1,500 state employees.
