Look at It from the Employer’s Perspective...

Employer Question #1: “Who are you?”
Employer Question #2: “What can you do for me?”
Employer Question #3: “Do you have the skills I’m looking for?”
Employer Question #4: “Where have you worked before?”
Employer Question #5: “Is your experience relevant to my needs?”
Employer Question #6: “Do you have the right education and credentials?”
Employer Question #7: “What kind of person are you?”
Employer Question #8: “Do I see any ‘red flags’ in your background?”
Employer Question #9: “Can I easily get in touch with you?”

I just returned to this site. I've been on a contract which is ending December 31. The above advice, from member Macky makes SO much sense.

What happened to Macky? I remember seeing several individuals posting nonsense against her yesterday. Now I see her as "guest". Another good member gone... some unbanned ones back again!

Oh well.
