Without getting into a religious discussion, many people consider many religions "christians" when in fact, they are not, including Mormonism. In order to be a Christian Religion you have to believe and be baptized in one form or another in the name of the Trinity; Words quoted usually at a Christian Baptism "We baptize you In the name of the father, son, and Holy spirit", and of course you have to believe that they are 3 persons in one...That usually signifies that you are a Christian, even though several people may belong to several religions. Mormonism is considered an occult as this article did state...and they are not in the Christian section of most Book stores, stated correctly in this article also. If you go to Barnes and Noble, you will see Christian Books separated from Mormon books. However, at the same time, there are some Mormons, just like there are some Christians that do not follow their own origins, the complete doctrines of their faith, so we can't assume that all Mormons are the same. I have also heard that once you have a place in the Mormon ladder, it is very diffiult to get out of it...which suggests that they are an occult. However, in regards to Romney, it has been said that he has given tons of money to his Mormon temple, therefore he must be keeping within his belief system, which is pretty scarey.

Mitt Romney is a robot...a pretty good approximation of humanity, but not quite there yet...

I have as late been watching a 6 hour documentary on Christianity and i think the essence of it was lost after it was legitimized by the Roman empire around 300 AD...so many, many compromises that the driving force is gone....

Yes indeed. No matter the religion, there are many individuals who hide behind their faith and but do some pretty obnoxious violations against the good creed of their faith.

Who is Mitt Romney? The "best of the terrible" that was available from the Republicans this year and a guy wasting his and donor money to play out this bit we call "presidential election".

Personally I think he should call in sick and "give it up"! Let's allow this country to get on it's feet, not keep side swiping it!

"Give it up" is what I'd like to do, and leave the fate of the election to the powers to be because, honestly, I don't like either man...one side, we have one that couldn't relate to the poor even if we all stood in front of him, yet he claims to be against some of the outlandish programs our governments supports (namely abortion), and his views on these two areas seem to contradict one another; and we have another one who wants to help the poor(middle class) to be more on an level playing field, yet could care less on how many human beings we are going to destroy because of woman's right to choice. I'm a woman, and am against pro-choice, so I have a dilema on who I want for president. I may have to stay home that day

I don't trust either guy for president.

Let's make food stamps and medicaid payments as block grants to the States, and then let the States make all the rules for those programs. We'll just give them grant money, it's up to them to do whatever they think is best. Now, he knows damn well the States need all the funds they can get for their budget problems which are very sizable in many of our States. How is this going to make sure that the needy families and individuals actually receive the food stamps or the medical help? The programs are mandated by the Fed for a reason, the States cannot violate certain rules related to the way the programs are administered for the benefit of the poor. That would change completely!

local sales tax, city tax, state sales tax....which poor people pay are always going up....up....up...
