Message Boards for the poor?

I wonder have any of you found message boards and websites for the poor? I am desiring to find some and talk about issues on them.

Yeah I count this board as one, but would like others to discuss issues with people and those who have related. I found that ramennodle nation blog and some homeless blogs, but want to see if there is a message board or two of people in the same boat. There seems little out there for the poor.

have you tried craigslist?
I have found decent things there, even free stuff but that goes fast.
