Unemployment rates fall in half of U.S. states
The Labor Department says unemployment rates dropped in 25 states, rose in 14 and stayed the same in 11. That's a modest improvement from August, when unemployment rose in 26 states.

Well, that's our problem Falcon. About two months ago, BLS did have a listing of those who are no longer counted.
As a 99er, like so many here, we know what it's like not to be counted, but they will count on our votes. That's why I can't stop the letters, emails and tweets.
