Re: A bit of humor - The new interview questions.
I actually like these thank most of the questions most management/HR people ask. I think that these would give an insight into me somewhat twisted, but powerful thinking process. Most just ask hackneyed questions about past events when I tend not remember actual incidents ( how I keep same working with customers for 20 years).

I've had a few interviews with Google. There is nothing to describe the Google interview process and questions.

Re: A bit of humor - The new interview questions.
Thanks for your kind words, hdblue.
I hope you are or will reach success very soon. I find the best interviews are the ones where all the "what would you do if" behavior based questions are dismissed and the interviewer simply presents the job, details, and just asks "how can you help me with this?".
This opens up to a great down to earth discussion where both individuals learn about each other very quickly.
Good luck and you also please keep posting! Great to hear from you... Jeff

lendme had a similar experience with an interview yesterday. It's in the Hunting for Jobs thread. She answered from her experience, her knowledge and got the job on the spot.

One question interviewers don't seem to ask lately is, "How soon can you start?".
Lendme, congratulations on landing the job! I'm so happy for you!

Thanks Mary,
On a lighter note, in keeping with the thread, if an interviewer (and your potential supervisor) asks the question, "Do you eat oysters or snails?", I would be very leary! Remember the people who are still working and how they MAY have managed to keep their jobs! - LOL
